Dalbitmaru is a cafe on the observation deck on the fourth floor of the tower at the top of Wolmido. It is a silver cafe run by the city of Incheon, and drinks are inexpensive. The cafe looks down over Incheon Port, so it is a good place to take photos. HamSang Park is in front of the cafe.
