The former Incheon branch of Japan's First Bank sits near the Jung-gu District Office in Incheon. It opened in 1883 as an Incheon office of the bank's Busan branch and was promoted to branch status in 1888. In 1950 it was used as the Incheon branch of the Bank of Korea, and it now houses the Jung-gu restaurant association office. The building's history is tied to the Japanese colonial period.
