Yukssam Naengmyeon

Yukssam Naengmyeon is a small restaurant in an alley in Daehangno, Seoul, serving naengmyeon (cold noodles) with charcoal-grilled meat. It offers mul-naengmyeon and bibim-naengmyeon, with smoky meat wrapped in the noodles. Tteok-mandutguk contains three dumplings, and the meat arrives before the noodles. The meat cools quickly, so it is cold when eaten with the noodles.
