Yeonji Eolkeunhan Dongtaeguk

Yeonji Eolkeunhan Dongtaeguk is an old restaurant in the alley behind Boryeong Pharmacy in Jongno 5-ga, Seoul, serving dongtae jjigae, dongtae guk, goni naejang guk, and altang. The dongtae jjigae is boiled down with radish and pollack, giving a clean, light broth. Even the small portion comes out in a large amount, and the pollack sometimes includes three pieces. The restaurant sits inside the alley, so it is shabby and cramped.
