Yeongyang Beoseot Kalguksu

Yeongyang Beoseot Kalguksu is a restaurant near Gwanghwamun that serves kalguksu with more mushrooms than noodles. The mushroom kalguksu comes in a spicy red broth, and the meal continues with bokkeumbap after the noodles are finished. At lunch a line forms and the wait can run about 20 minutes, with each pot boiled to serve the number of people at the table. The portion of bokkeumbap is on the small side.
