Yeonghwaru is an old Chinese restaurant in Seochon that serves spicy jjajang and jjamppong. Its gochu ganjjajang and gochu jjamppong are the main dishes, with crisp sweet onion in the ganjjajang and large squid in the jjamppong. Seats fill from early in the day, and food comes out quickly after ordering. The gochu dishes have a strong cheongyang chili scent and are quite spicy.
