Yeolchajib

Yeolchajip is a 70-year-old restaurant in the Jonggak Gongpyeong-dong alleys of Seoul that serves nokdu bindaetteok, gogi bindaetteok, and kimchi bindaetteok with makgeolli. The gogi bindaetteok is pan-fried with pork added, and eoriguljeot comes out with the jeon to eat as an anju with makgeolli. There is no break time, and customers keep coming in from the daytime. The anju selection centers on jeon varieties and is not wide.
