Wanpan Saeng Guksu

Wanpan Saeng Guksu is a small noodle shop in a Seoul market district, serving bibim guksu and myeolchi guksu. The shop uses chewy fresh noodles and a rich anchovy broth without fishiness or bitterness. Its kimchi and gochugaru are domestically produced, the kimchi is made by the owner's mother, and no pork or alcohol is used. Payment is made before eating.
