Wanchai Myeonga Opisia is a Chinese noodle shop in the basement of the Opisia Building in Gwanghwamun, Seoul, serving Hong Kong-style beef brisket noodles and pan-fried dumplings. The beef brisket noodles use a clean, deep beef broth with noodles that are slightly softened, and the pan-fried dumplings have a full filling and chewy wrappers. Noodles and broth can be refilled, and the taste can be changed with a cilantro container and spicy dadegi. Going down late during lunch hours means waiting in line.
