Wageulwageul Jokbal

Wagulwagul Jokbal is an old jokbal restaurant in Changsin-dong, near Dongdaemun Station in Seoul. It has served jokbal since 1975, offering a mild, non-sweet style with buchu and musaengchae on the side, and customers also order the vegetable bibimbap. On a Friday at 6:30 p.m., both the main building and the annex were full, with six waiting teams, and a phone number was written down for a wait of over 30 minutes. The small space means that after 6 p.m. there may be no seats or the jokbal may run out.
