Villa de Spicy D Tower is an instant tteokbokki restaurant on the third floor of D Tower, on the north window side between Jonggak Station and Gwanghwamun Square. Orders start with rice cake, fish cake, and vegetables, with bulgogi, seafood, or vegetable toppings and ramen noodles added on. The order is placed in three steps: a 2 or 3 serving size, one of three spice levels, and a main topping. There is an induction cooktop at the table, and the proportion of rice cake is low.
