Tteuraeu Gopchang Town Annex

Tteulae Ugopchang Town Annex is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant in Seoul. Its signature gopchang is filled with marrow and has a tender texture. Chives are grilled in the gopchang fat and eaten alongside, and fried rice can be added at the end. The menu also includes daechang (beef large intestine) and teukyang gui.
