Tteul-Alae

Tteurare is a traditional tiled-roof Korean restaurant in Insadong, Jongno, Seoul, serving cheonggukjang, jeyuk, and bossam. The cheonggukjang and doenjang jjigae come with basic side dishes such as kimchi and namul. Meals are available late in the evening, and warm tea is served before the food. The gamjajeon is ground fresh and pan-fried, giving it a crisp and chewy texture.
