Tsuki Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant in the basement of a building across from Gwanghwamun D-Tower in Jongno-gu, Seoul. It serves gyokai tonkotsu ramen, soyu ramen, and tonkotsu ramen, with a rich broth mixed with anchovy and shellfish powder, along with tsukemen, mazesoba, and gyokai bibim. Noodle doneness and salt level can be chosen. At noon on Saturday there is no wait to enter, while on weekday lunchtimes an office worker queue forms, and the broth is on the salty side.
