The Pizza Peel

The Pizza Pil is a pizza restaurant in Jongno, Seoul, serving oven-baked pizza and calzone. It bakes Margherita, Capricciosa, and Supreme in the oven, and the dough is thin with salt worked through to the edge. The shop opens at 11 a.m., and pizza can be ordered in single-person portions. On weekday lunchtimes a wait forms and food does not come out quickly.
