Tamago

Tamago is a small Japanese restaurant in the underground arcade between Euljiro 1-ga Station and Euljiro 3-ga Station, serving tendon and futomaki. The tendon comes topped with okra, eggplant, mushroom, kabocha, sweet potato, squid, and shrimp, and the menu also includes egg futomaki and salmon and egg sushi. Business hours are short, and a line forms around 11:30 at lunch, with the wait getting shorter after 12:30. The tendon is fried to order, and the rice portion is on the small side.
