Sushi Michiru is a sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves an omakase course from a basement dining area near Gwanghwamun Station. The course includes gyokku, uni, abalone, and unagi in sequence, and ends with a large futomaki. The counter has nine seats, entry times are kept strictly, and on many days it is difficult to eat there without a reservation. Sushi keeps coming throughout the meal, leaving you full afterward.
