Sungkyung Mandu

Jongga Mandu is a Korean restaurant near Jongno 3-ga Station that serves mandu jeongol made with hand-pressed dumplings prepared daily on site. The broth comes in two halves, one clear and one spicy, with meat and kimchi dumplings, shabu-shabu beef, mushrooms, vegetables, and kalguksu noodles. Kalguksu noodles go into the pot at the end, and joraengi tteok can be added as an extra. At lunchtime there is a wait.
