Sukseong'emi Kkeopdegi Ikseon

Sukseongui Mi Kkeopdegi Ikseon is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Ikseon-dong, Jongno, Seoul, grilling pork and beef over charcoal. It serves thick honeycomb pork skin given a first pass on the grill, domestic female pig samgyeopsal, Iberico pork collar and pork jowl, and pig tail, along with yukhoe bibimbap. Seats are mostly full between 7 and 8 p.m., there is an indoor restroom, and parking is not available. The pork skin is thick, so grilling the outside crisp can still leave it tough.
