Sukine Galchi Jorim

Sukine Galchi Jorim is an old restaurant in the fish-grill alley of Sinjin Market in Seoul, serving hairtail braise and grilled fish. The menu includes hairtail braise, grilled mackerel, and grilled Spanish mackerel, and the fish is grilled over charcoal briquettes. Breakfast is available, it is closed on Sundays, and fish par-cooked from early morning is grilled again to order. Portions of both the braise and the grilled fish are small.
