Soul Galbi Jonggak Branch

Soul Galbi Jonggak is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves beef galbi, black pork galbi, and cow sirloin. It is a three-minute walk from Jonggak Station Exit 4, directly in front of Cheonggyecheon. The house-marinated beef galbi is aged for 72 hours, with the marinade soaking into the scored meat and charcoal smoke added before it is served, accompanied by marinated crab, scallion salad, and white kimchi. There is an outdoor terrace and seating on floors 1 to 3, the kitchen grills the meat on the terrace, and at lunch beef galbi set meals and noodles can also be ordered, while in the evening tables can be almost full, so a reservation is needed.
