Soojung Restaurant

Sujeong Sikdang is a Korean restaurant in Gwansu-dong, a five-minute walk from Jongno 3-ga Station Exit 15, serving jeyuk ssambap and samgyeopsal. The ssambap comes with four wrap vegetables — lettuce, perilla leaf, cabbage and chicory — along with jeyuk bokkeum, doenjang jjigae and side dishes, and the pork is stir-fried in front of the fire. The lunch menu is ssambap only, and by 11:30 a.m. the line reaches the second-floor hall, with one fried egg per person. In the evening, waiting in line is common.
