Songane Dakhanmari

Sonnagane Dak Hanmari is a chicken restaurant between Dongmyo Station and Sinseol-dong Station in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving dak hanmari. The chicken is boiled in a rich broth with plenty of garlic, and kalguksu noodles are added after most of the chicken has been eaten. The noodles cook until chewy and the broth thickens, and there are instructions on how to eat in English and Chinese. The restaurant has a break time from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and is closed on Sundays.
