Soma

Soma is an Asian fusion restaurant based on Cantonese cooking, set one alley in from Seosunra-gil in Seoul. It serves dishes including changfen, chicken salad, baozaipan, and mapo tofu. The changfen is eaten dipped in dumpling soy sauce, and the fried squid (hanchi) is served with cilantro. Staff explain how each dish is prepared and how to eat it, and corkage is allowed.
