Solbat Sutbul Galbi

Solbat Sutbul Galbi is an old Korean restaurant near Jongno 3-ga and the Nakwon Musical Instrument Arcade that grills pork galbi and beef galbi over charcoal. The meat is eaten with vegetable wraps and side dishes. Staff grill the meat for customers, and the mul naengmyeon comes in a large Pyongyang-style portion. The seasoning and the charcoal-grilled galbi are on the sweet side.
