Soegojip

Ssoegojip is a beef grill restaurant in a converted hanok in an alley across from the Korean Art Museum on Insadong-gil in Seoul. The owner pre-grills and cuts beef such as tosisal, deungsim, and galbisal, and serves it with onion and tomato pickles. At lunch, kimchi stew is cooked in a yangeun naembi, and ramyeon sari can be added without limit. At lunch peak it fills up quickly, and without a reservation there is no table.
