Sky Gimbap

Sky Gimbap is a small restaurant in a Seoul alley near Gyeongbokgung that serves Korean dishes such as gimbap and tteokbokki. It keeps gluten-free items separate and makes gimbap and tteokbokki fresh for each order, apart from other food. Orders can take more than 20 minutes, and staff tell customers in advance that it takes about 30 minutes when busy. The tteokbokki rice cakes swell and the texture suffers.
