Silbijib

Silbi Jip is an old eatery in an alley by Cheonggyecheon between Jongno 3-ga and Euljiro 3-ga, serving duruchigi and baekban-style anju. The duruchigi comes with rice, cabbage doenjang soup and ssam vegetables, and the meal ends by frying rice in the pan. At lunch, side dishes are set out in advance covered with plastic wrap, and the evening menu changes daily, with jokbal served on Wednesdays. Prices are not written on the menu.
