Sijangwang Sundae is a small restaurant inside Changsin Market in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving sundae guk and suyuk. The sundae guk comes with a thick, sticky broth that has no gamy smell, and the suyuk is eaten with a glass of soju. Kimchi and kkakdugi go well with the sundae guk, and the broth is on the rich side. The prices are no longer low.
