Sigol Haejangguk

Sigol Haejangguk is a Korean restaurant in the alley by the Jongno Police Station in Insadong, Seoul, serving haetae and beef haejangguk, hoe, and naengmyeon. The haetae haejangguk is light, the hoe comes with a sauce, and staff show diners how to mix bibimbap. It has no break time on Monday afternoons, and side dishes are self-refilled. The menu and guidance are in Korean only, so ordering in English is difficult.
