Seongdae Guksu

Seongdae Guksu is a noodle shop at the entrance of Seongdae in Seoul that serves myeolchi guksu, bibim guksu, yeolmu guksu, and jumeok gimbap. The myeolchi guksu comes in a mild, deep broth, and the bibim guksu is characterized by its sour taste. Noodles can be ordered with jumeok gimbap and odeng on the side. The myeolchi guksu is a menu item that can be eaten without burden, down to the broth.
