Seochongeumsang

Seochon Geumsang Goroke is a bakery in Seochon, next to Gyeongbokgung, that sells goroke made from potato dough. It offers seven flavors: potato, curry, meat and vegetable, mozzarella, wasabi cabbage, whole shrimp, and whole red bean, and the outside is crisp. If you say you will eat it right away, they warm it up, and you can eat at a small table inside the store or get it for takeout. The crispness comes through when you eat it as soon as you buy it in the store rather than as takeout.
