Saramgwa Namu

Saramgwa Namu is a Korean restaurant in Insadong, Jongno, serving barley rice and kodari jjim. Its signature dish is semi-dried pollock and radish braised in a gochujang or ganjang sauce. The semi-dried pollock has a chewy texture. The kodari jjim sauce is also used to fry rice.
