Samsuki Ramyeon

Samsuk Ramyeon is a small shop in a narrow alley off the backstreets of Insadong, Seoul, serving a ramyeon dish cooked with rice cakes, dumplings, fish cake, sausage, bean sprouts, and green onion strips. The broth is light and clean, and the basic ramyeon comes with egg, rice cakes, and dumplings. From Jonggak Station Exit 3, walk straight and follow the alley signs on the left. The shop is small and has few seats.
