Samsam Ppyeoguk Daehangnojeom is a bone soup restaurant in a back alley of Hyehwa Daehangno, Seoul. Its clear bone kalguksu comes with four or five bones, beef-bone broth, and mustard sauce. The restaurant occupies a renovated second-floor home, with spacious seating and a clean interior. Removing the meat from the bones is inconvenient.
