Samryongine Gopchang

Samryongine Gopchang is a restaurant in a Seoul market alley that serves only yachae gopchang (grilled intestines), al gopchang (grilled intestines), odolppyeo, and gungmul dakbal. The yachae gopchang has a mild, smooth, and clean flavour. After 8 p.m., the restaurant becomes fuller as market vendors finish work. Each order is prepared carefully, so service takes time, and the gopchang portions are not small.
