Sambong Dodam

Sambong Dodam is a Korean restaurant near Anguk Station in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving hanwoo sagol dak kalguksu, bossam, and minari-jeon. The hanwoo sagol dak kalguksu uses a rich chicken broth topped with shredded chicken, and the minari-jeon is pan-fried crisp with plenty of minari. On weekday lunchtimes, rice and makgeolli are free, and you can ask for more kalguksu noodles and broth. Around 11:30, seats fill up and there may be a wait.
