Saman Galbi Chon

Saman Galbichon is a charcoal-grill restaurant in a backstreet of Daehangno, Seoul. It serves gochujang samgyeopsal (pork belly) and whole galmaegisal, and the staff grill the meat for diners. The restaurant accepts group bookings, has separate men’s and women’s restrooms, and offers parking. When it is busy, you may wait about 10 minutes before ordering and longer after placing your order.
