Sage Finch

Sage Finch is a toast-focused brunch restaurant in Pilun-dong, on the road up toward Baehwa Women's University in Seochon, Seoul. It serves toasts such as Mont Blanc Creme Brulee, Olive Miel, and My Favourite Toast, along with Americanos and cafe lattes, and each person must order one toast. The open kitchen has only six bar seats and one two-person window seat, where you can watch the toast being grilled. Because the space is small, waits can form on weekends.
