Sae Gyeop Sikdang

Saegyeop Sikdang is a charcoal grill restaurant on Jonggak Piano Street in Seoul that grills aged samgyeopsal (pork belly) and pork collar over briquette fire. The bone-in samgyeopsal is served as soft meat attached to a large bone, and Iberico pork collar is also available. The kimchi stew contains large pieces of meat and tofu, and its broth is thick. Bone-in samgyeopsal can be ordered starting from three servings.
