Ramen Jeom-pang

Ramyeon Jeomppang is a ramyeon restaurant in the Seochon food alley in Seoul that has been open for over 15 years, serving tteok mandu ramyeon and budae ramyeon in ttukbaegi. Each ramyeon uses its own broth, the spice level is adjusted from 1 to 10, and gimbap and jumeokbap are served alongside. Telling the owner adjusts the spice level and adds toppings such as egg, cheese, or tteok, while danmuji and kimchi are self-service. The indoor space is small, so orders back up when there are many customers.
