Pyeongya

Pyeongya is a charcoal grill restaurant near Exit 1 of Hyehwa Station in Daehangno, Seoul, serving pork collar, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and gabrisal. Staff grill the thick cuts by section on the first order, and kimchi noodles, kimchi stew, and pork skin are served as well. The room stays full even at 9 p.m., and staff spray Febreze at the door after the meal to reduce the meat smell on your clothes. Meat added after the first order must be grilled yourself.
