Purico Seochon

Perico Seochon is a Vietnamese restaurant in Pilun-dong, Seochon, Seoul, serving pho and nem. The pho comes in a deep bone-broth base with pickled garlic and chili sauce on the side, and diners choose between regular rice noodles, ramen noodles, or thin rice noodles. The noodles are boiled until soft, and bean sprouts and pickled onions are placed in the bowl. The pho broth is distinctly sweet.
