Public garden

Public Garden is a rooftop cafe on the fourth floor above Gwangjang Market in Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving brunch and coffee. It is a cafe, but it also serves full cooked dishes alongside the brunch and coffee. Floor-to-ceiling windows look out over Gwangjang Market, and there is outdoor seating. The entrance is hard to find and there is no elevator.
