Ppyeotanjip

Bbaetanjip is a grilled meat restaurant in Seoul that serves aged samgyeopsal and bone-in grilled meat, located between Gyeongbokgung Station and Seochon. Staff grill the aged bone-charcoal samgyeopsal and the spicy direct-fire bone-in grilled meat at the table, and it is eaten with mushroom soy sauce. Around 5:10 p.m. on a weekday the restaurant was already crowded, and customers who arrived later had a wait. During busy hours a wait forms.
