Pan-Ogseon

Panokseon is a hoe restaurant in Gwancheol-dong, Jongno 2-ga, near Jonggak Station in Seoul. It serves aged assorted hoe and sashimi omakase on an all-you-can-eat hoe basis. Tables fill up except for reserved seats, and staff explain how to eat each cut. The sashimi omakase comes with other side dishes.
