Pa Jak Cheonggyecheon

Pajak Cheonggyecheon is a shop next to Cheonggyecheon that sells oven-baked-style sandwiches, jambon, and RTM. The bread is crisp; the RTM holds arugula, tomato, and mozzarella, and the jambon carries added sweetness. At lunch the line grows long enough that the wait closes, and in the evening there is a wait of about three minutes. The shop is small and the sauce tastes sweet.
