Oyat Kats is a tonkatsu restaurant in Seoul that serves hire and rosu pork cutlets in an alley across from Jogyesa. Its main dishes are hire katsu and modum katsu, and the cutlets are eaten dipped in salt, wasabi, and toha jeot. On a weekday lunch, arriving at 11:30 meant a wait of about 20 minutes, and the ten-serving limited teuk deungsim could be ordered. The restaurant does not do takeout.
