OROJI RAMEN Jonggak

Oroji Ramen Jonggak is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Gwancheol-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, serving tonkotsu along with spicy tonkotsu and basil ramen. The set meal comes with rice or a mini chashu don, and the chashu includes two types: beef tri-tip and pork. The tonkotsu broth is thick like pork soup and less salty than the Japanese version. On weekday lunchtimes, seats fill by 11:30, and arriving at 11:40 can mean a 30 to 40 minute wait.
