Omakase Osai

Osai Sushi Daehangno is a sushi restaurant near Hyehwa Station in Daehangno that serves lunch and dinner omakase. The chef hands over pieces one at a time, including flounder, salmon, bluefin tuna belly, and soy-marinated shrimp, and explains how to eat each piece and what it is. The dinner course runs through ten pieces of sushi, udon, futomaki, and a dessert, and the chef's preparation can be watched directly. A separate waiting area is provided, and the chef cooks while wearing disposable gloves.
